Heard Back Home products are made to order and fulfilled through partners using a global fulfilment network. Orders are routed to the closest available production facility where possible, which helps reduce delivery times and shipping costs depending on destination and product availability.

Please review the information below carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing & Production

All items are printed on demand, and production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Typical production times are:

  • 2–5 business days

Production times may vary during peak periods, product launches, or holidays.

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.


Fulfilment Locations

Production location may vary by product, size, colour, and availability. While we aim to fulfil orders as close to the delivery destination as possible, some orders may be produced and shipped from a different country.

Fulfilment routing is handled automatically through our fulfilment partners.


Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production and dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Ireland & United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order size

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are:

  • Not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated

  • The responsibility of the customer

The country of shipment may differ from the destination country depending on fulfilment location.

Heard Back Home is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment

  • Tracking may show limited scans for certain international shipments

  • Multiple tracking numbers may be issued if items ship separately


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. This may result in items arriving in multiple packages and at different times.

There is no additional charge for split shipments.


Delays

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs authorities

  • Weather events

  • Carrier capacity issues

  • Events outside our control

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


Lost or Missing Orders

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout may result in delays or non-delivery. In such cases, replacement or refund may not be guaranteed.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Heard Back Home is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

  • Failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping details

If an order is returned due to an address error, a replacement or refund may not be available.
