All Heard Back Home products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately; however:

Colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and devices
Product images are for illustrative purposes only
Minor variations in print placement or finish may occur

We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product will exactly match what is displayed on your screen.

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is received and we confirm the order.

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse of our Services, or violations of these Terms.

All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

Heard Back Home is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Heard Back Home, not Shopify.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Heard Back Home and release Shopify from any related claims.

SECTION 9 – FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, feedback, images, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing, promotion, and operation of the Services.
